Datuk Dr. K.K. Panicker
C.A.(M), FCCA, AICA, ATII, DBA (Fin)
Datuk Dr. K. K. Panicker is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, UK, and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, the Chartered Taxation Institute Malaysia and Institute of Co-operative Auditors. He holds a doctorate in finance from USA.
He has extensive experience of more than 50 years and specialises in financial re-structuring, international tax planning and corporate advisory.
Mr. Tan Peng Sam
C.A.(M), FCCA
Mr. Tan Peng Sam is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, UK, member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the Chartered Taxation Institute of Malaysia.
His areas of specialty include auditing and assurance, taxation, corporate secretarial services, management consultancy, insolvency and asset protection planning. He was also the Chief Financial Officer of a group of private companies specializing in water and wastewater treatment. He was responsible for the financial and legal matters of the group.
Mr. Tan Peng Sam carries 50 years of experience with him.

Sathish Nair is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, UK, member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, and an Associate member of the Chartered Tax Institute Malaysia. He has more than 25 years of experience in auditing, tax consultancy, and financial advisory work.
Mr. Sathish Nair carries more than 30 years of experience with him.

Ismail bin Sidek
Dip.Comp.Sci., DCP, MPE (University of Pittsburgh, USA), MBA
Tuan Haji Ismail Sidek is qualified in Computer Programming and Computer Science and has Masters in Business Administration (MBA). He also attended the Management Programme for Executives at the University of Pittsburgh, USA in 1984.
He had previously served with the Employees Provident Fund (EPF), Pernas, Tabung Haji and with Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) as its Vice President 1.
Dato’ Mangsor bin Ismail
DPMK, DIMP, KMN, LLB (UITM)
Dato’ Mangsor bin Ismail, a lawyer by profession, has had an illustrious career with the Royal Malaysian Police (RMP). He served the RMP for 33 years before retiring with the rank of Deputy Commissioner. His last post prior to retirement was the Chief of Police of Sabah.
Mr. Mohd. Wahabie Isham

Mr. Mohd. Wahabie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, and has 20 years of experience in the auditing and assurance industry. He heads the Auditing Department at the Firm.
Mr. Kuppusamy

Mr. Kuppusamy is a member of The Malaysian Institute of Accountants and an Associate member of the Chartered Tax Institute Malaysia. He is also an approved tax agent, licenced by the Ministry of Finance Malaysia.
He has 11 years of experience in handling income tax matters, and heads the Tax Department of the Firm.
