
About Our Company
Lloyds Earle Panicker & Tan, Chartered Accountants Malaysia was established in 1987 under the name and style of Panicker & Co., Public Accountants Malaysia, by its founder, Datuk Dr. K. K. Panicker. It had its humble beginnings at the former Lee Wah Bank Building, Medan Pasar, Kuala Lumpur.
In March 2002, to reflect change in the professional status as recommended by the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, the Firm changed its name to HaaryPanicker, Chartered Accountants Malaysia.
In 2008, following the admission of the Firm as a full member of Lloyds Earle Panicker International Inc. (LEPI), the name was changed to Lloyds Earle Panicker, Chartered Accountants Malaysia, to reflect the Malaysian chapter of LEPI.
In 2019, the Firm merged with Messrs. Tan Peng Sam & Co., an established firm in Kuala Lumpur to form Lloyds Earle Panicker & Tan, Chartered Accountants Malaysia, with the ascension of Mr. Tan Peng Sam as a Senior Partner in the Firm.
