About Our Company
Lloyds Earle Consulting Sdn. Bhd. was previously known as ICT-Integrity Assurance Sdn. Bhd., and as part of a restructuring exercise, was renamed to the its present name.
The Company’s activities are dedicated to corporate care consultancy work, liquidations and receiverships.
Corporate Care & Rehabilitation
The Corporate Care & Rehabilitation Division handles:
- liquidations & receivership
- special administration
- provides advice to companies facing various challenges and problems
- trouble-shooting of specific legal and financial issues
- creation and implementation of strategies and policies
- management appraisal
Project Consultancy
LEC is also involved in specific project consultancy work, in particular, power generation, construction and development, and logistics and infrastructural schemes. The professional services include project feasibility and project evaluation reports, and project operational management.
Legal Affairs
The legal division of LEC advises the Group and clients on corporate legal matters. It’s primary focus is in Corporate Care and Rehabilitation and the legal issues involved in complex financial restructuring undertaken by LEPT.
Accounting Services
The Accounting Department is involved out-sourced accounting services whereby it handles accounting function for many of its clients. These include:
- book-keeping services
- periodical financing reporting
- preparation of final accounts for purposes of auditing
- providing advice on accounting and internal control issues, etc.
