Our Beginnings
T.A. Corporate Consultants Sdn. Bhd. (TACC) commenced consultancy operations in early 1974 at Johor Bahru under the helmship of Mr. C.T. Thomas, FCA before moving its operations to Kuala Lumpur.
In 2008, it was admitted as an affiliate member of Lloyds Earle Panicker International Inc. and consequently it is an associate of the Malaysian chapter of LEPI.
Our Services
TACC’s services are broadly divided into two divisions:
Direct and Indirect Tax Services
We handle tax matters for companies, partnerships and individuals. Our services include:
- tax compliance services
- tax audits and tax investigations
- tax planning advice
- international tax consultancy
- indirect tax services (SST, GST, etc)
- withholding tax services
- transfer pricing documentation
Payroll Services
The Firm handles Payroll functions for various clients, including:
- preparation of monthly payroll statements and reports
- advising clients of the obligations on statutory deductions
- filing of monthly returns to various statutory bodies (eg EPF, SOCSO, etc.)
- remittance services
